Sustainability Agenda

We contribute to a better world.

“Our purpose is to support the growth of developing countries in a sustainable way.”

The annual sustainability agenda is the foundation of our commitment to creating lasting value for people, planet, and prosperity. Through practical projects and targeted initiatives, we address the most pressing needs in our communities while laying the groundwork for long-term social, economic, and environmental progress.

We align our efforts with the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), recognizing them as a global call to action. By focusing on the four SDGs where we can make the most direct impact, CMO actively collaborates with employees, their families, and the communities near our operations — across Africa and beyond.

The four SDGs that shape our sustainability agenda are:

SDG 3:
Good Health and Well-being
