On 15 September, Carmeuse Lime Products (CLP) invited Dr. Adomako to educate the staff on prostate and breast cancer. When discussing prostate cancer, he provided the team with insights that every male is susceptible to the disease, and that every male colleague should have an annual check-up from a certain age. He also discussed breast cancer, taught our female colleagues how to examine themselves, and emphasized that they should visit a hospital if they notice any lumps.
This educational session helped clarify some misconceptions around these diseases, and we are confident our colleagues are now better informed to look out for themselves.
