Handyman’s Lime (HLL) in Zambia has been proudly helping students for several years, and it’s now time to introduce them. HLL has supported Albertina since her primary school education, and in January 2024 she will start studying at a technical college. Carol also received support since her primary school education, and in August 2023 she started a Bachelor in Science course at Mulungushi University. Both ladies reside in the communities around the plant and have no other means to attend school. HLL also decided to sponsor Gabriel, who will start a Bachelor of Science course at Copperbelt University in December. He had no means to study and managed to find a job with our mining contractor, where he worked as a general assistant.
