Maxwell previously worked at Space FM in Tarkwa, as a Radio Presenter and then moved to Carmeuse Lime Products in 2010 and worked at the Production Plant as a Bagging Operator, after graduating from the Takoradi Polytechnic with a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. He then moved on to the Engineering Department and worked as a Maintenance Technician.
Maxwell was appointed as the Health, Safety and Environmental Officer, after acquiring his Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety with ICM-UK in 2016. He also holds a certificate in IGC 1 and 2 from NEBOSH, ISO 14001 and 9001 Internal Auditor and ADR Dangerous Goods Advisor. He is currently studying for a BSC in Public Administration and Governance at GIMPA.
His responsibility as a Health & Safety Officer is to facilitate compliance with Occupational, Safety & Health (OSH) guidelines and to advice management on measures to minimize hazards or unhealthy situations and report on any possible violations.
Maxwell is married with three children. He loves to watch football in his free time, a diehard supporter of Chelsea FC.
