After a first successful firefighting training earlier this year in Zambia, we trained an additional 25 employees as Fire Marshals in June. In the same month, we also conducted a First Aid course for 15 employees. Finally, following World Food Safety Day, our Zambian kitchen staff received training in food safety.
Our Tunisian team, following in our Zambian team’s footsteps, also received firefighting and first aid training. Practical exercises were held and appreciated by the whole team.
To end this overview, in Senegal, we organized a first aid course for both Bandia Elementary School’s teachers and students. If the teacher is not present, the trained students can intervene and help their classmates handle the situation.
