On the 7th of June 2024, Carmeuse Lime Products brought together the students and staff of Essipun School and STMA Basic School, to make a contribution to our planet’s future. Together, we planted 300 trees around the school premises.
This initiative was part of the broader Green Ghana Day. The Ghana Forestry Commission plays a pivotal role by generously supplying the trees.
The event is not only a testament to the power of collective action, but also an educational experience for the students, who learned about the importance of trees in supporting life on earth.
We extend our gratitude to everyone involved, especially the Ghana Forestry Commission for their support.
Together, we are sowing the seeds for a greener Ghana, one tree at the time.
